Accreditation
Preliminary NHWA Accredited
Mr. Bill's Home Watch is a preliminary accredited member of the National Home Watch Association.
The NHWA accredits Home Watch services only
Arizona DPS Fingerprint Clearance
IVP Clearance Card — Level 1 — valid through 4/9/2030.
Tuition & Billing
The cycle. Tuition is billed on a four-week (28-day) cycle. Services automatically pause if an invoice is seven (7) or more days past due.
The platform. Invoicing and payments are managed through Wave Financial.

SMS Notifications
Clients who provide their mobile phone number may receive SMS/MMS messages from Mr. Bill's Home Watch related to appointment reminders, inspection updates, service notifications, report links, and urgent property alerts.
