Terms & Conditions

The full agreement governing Mr. Bill's Home Watch service. These terms cover service scope, liability, billing, and SMS notifications, and they apply to every enrolled client.

Accreditation

Preliminary Member — National Home Watch Association

Home watch is defined as a visual inspection of a home or property looking for obvious issues — per the National Home Watch Association.

Service Terms

Service

We are a Visual Reporting Agency. We observe and document; we do not manage, secure, or maintain.

Liability

Limited strictly to the cost of one month's tuition. We are not responsible for damage between visits or non-visible issues.

Repairs

Immediate notification of issues. Professional coordination is available at our hourly rate. The client pays all vendors directly for services.

Access

Permission to enter and document (photos/notes) is required for all scheduled visits.

Billing

Billing is handled on 4-week cycles. Services will pause if payment is 7 days past due.

Cancellation

A 30-day notice is required for early withdrawal. Prorated refunds apply after the notice period.

Note: A full service agreement is provided upon enrollment.

SMS Notification Terms

The following terms govern automated SMS alerts sent to enrolled clients who have provided a mobile number.

    Program Description

    By providing your mobile number during the Conference Meeting, you consent to receive automated SMS alerts from Mr. Bill's Home Watch. These alerts include Property Grade Books, Enrollment Proposals, Service Reminders, Report Cards, and Emergency Property Status Alerts.

  2. 2.

    Message Frequency

    Message frequency varies based on the services requested. You will typically receive messages during or immediately following a property walkthrough, reminders for meetings & service updates, or in the event of an emergency.

  3. 3.

    Message & Data Rates

    Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

  4. 4.

    Stop / Opt-Out

    You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number (520) 783-7373. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

    Help

    If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to mrbill@mrbillshomewatch.com.

  6. 6.

    Carrier Liability

    Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  7. 7.

    Privacy

    Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
